I grew up surrounded by artistic women, my mother and grandmother painted and passed on their taste for art. When younger, I also drew a lot. A few years ago, I discovered digital illustration on a graphic table. A revelation! With practice, I created my own style, and it is now my favourite medium, offering endless possibilities! And it needs much less space than brushes and paint!
I am deeply inspired by architecture, travel too. Discovering new countries, towns and cultures. My favourite architects are Charles Zana, Hugo Toro and Dorothée Meilichzon. I especially admire their work on harmonious colours.
The Lou Pinet Hotel in Saint-Tropez, in fact designed by Charles Zana. I immediately fell for its charm, warm colours, Mediterranean aura. With my illustrations, I try to convey such moments of discovery, joy and softness.
Most probably the Tunisian town of Hammamet, where I grew up.
