Hidden among the pine-trees on the hill of Saint-Michel in La Croix Valmer, overlooking the Mediterranean, Lily of the Valley forms an integral part of surrounding nature. Designed by Philippe Starck, the hotel is laid out like an authentic village around mineral dwellings playing host to Rooms and Suites in an environment propitious to de-connection. Inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the architecture of Provençal abbeys and the design of Californian villas, Lily of the Valley proposes 38 Rooms with terraces and six Suites, also extended by terraces or gardens. They all offer views of the Deep Blue Sea or Cap Lardier, the "green lung" of the Saint-Tropez peninsula. The hotel's accommodation is completed by eight Pool Suites like real villas, on one or two floors, with gardens and private pools, in a park with lush vegetation a stone's throw from the beach.

Much more than a luxury hotel nestling in a fabulous natural setting, Lily of the Valley stands out for its Shape Club with a floor area of 2,000 m2 dedicated to sport, fitness and treatments. Specializing in weight loss combined with pleasure, it welcomes guests and external clients. Attaining goals of slimness in a luxurious setting while being accompanied by a caring team of professionals is now possible. Depending on desires and needs, three programmes designed in collaboration with nutritionist Jacques Fricker are proposed: Optimum Weight & Serenity, Intensive Weight Loss, or Weight Loss & Sport, over a duration of 4, 7, 10 or 14 days. On a daily basis: 1 hour of coaching, 1 hour 30 minutes of body treatments, together with bespoke follow-up and refined cuisine for slimmers aiming for rapid, healthy and sustainable weight loss. Treatments offered at the Shape Club are cutting-edge (cryotherapy, radiofrequency, pressotherapy, LED therapy, Hydrafacial) and sports activities varied (yoga on the beach, Nordic walking, Pilates, floor bars, aqua-boxing, paddling etc.).

Lastly, Lily of the Valley offers four restaurants headed up by talented Chef Vincent Maillard who won his spurs with Guy Savoy and Alain Ducasse: Le Club House next to the Shape Club for healthy, light meals, Le Vista for Mediterranean cuisine with a Provençal accent, Le Brigantine for traditional Italian gastronomy facing the sea and, finally, Pépé for dishes to share in all conviviality, with your feet in the sand!
