The hotel is set in an untouched landscape: that of the Cap Lardier estate. A protected area, this "green lung" on the Var coast overlooks the fine sandy beach of Gigaro, over five miles long. Designed by Philippe Starck and surveying the Mediterranean, it melts into nature, an environment encouraging guests to disconnect year-round.

Thanks to its four programmes – weight loss, sport, detox and better aging –, the hotel has become known as a place where residents can achieve their goals in healthy, sustainable ways throughout the year. The Lily of the Valley method is base on three key approaches: healthy, sophisticated gastronomy, treatments, and sport. In 4, 7, 10 or 14 days, your stay will be defined by coaching sessions and daily treatments, along with refined, healthy menus composed by Chef Vincent Maillard.

Lily of the Valley stands out especially for its Shape Club of 2,000 sq.m devoted to treatments and sport. Manual and technological treatments reflect its therapists' expertise and the importance awarded to cutting-edge technologies. A cryotherapy cabin to optimize muscle recovery, radio-frequencies for toning and boosting collagen production, or LED sessions to restore radiant skin are all proposed by the Shape Club.

Residents are also invited to participate in various sports sessions: Cap Lardier's scenery is the ideal setting for trekking or electric mountain-biking. The Mediterranean also offers a fabulous backcloth for a session along the shore in the winter sun or the heat of summer. Coaches also provide boxing, yoga or cardio sessions in the studio.

Lily of the Valley's three restaurants are orchestrated by Chef Vincent Maillard who won his spurs with Alain Ducasse. Le Vista with its view over the bay of Gigaro offers Mediterranean cuisine with a Provençal accent. Down below the hotel on the Gigaro beach, you will find two different atmospheres: La Brigantine invites guests to discover traditional Italian gastronomy, while Pépé is known for its generous dishes to share with family or friends, with your feet in the sand.
